The Olden Days-

In 1908, our founding father, Peter Lúmbur, bought the Tennessee Tea Company. In 1908 the Tennessee Tea Company’s Business becomes deserted due to the rat poisons found in the tea. In 1910, Peter decides to use his sweet powers to create a candy company. When one night while he is at his church for a social, making dessert. He accidently made a combination of marshmallow and coated it with dark chocolate, and sprinkles crushed chocolate chip cookies on top. The Mitchell is born into this world. He soon reopens the tea company and twisted it into a candy factory. In 1915 after five years of tons of fans with mouths that are watering for our delectable candy, we came out with another candy bar. That’s right. The Corn Cob.

The Middle Days-

The year of 1936, the most scrumptious creation of candy came out stores. This candy bar was named The Square Dancer. And then tragedy occurred in High Mountain Candy Company. In 1938, our beloved Peter Lùmbur passed away over the ghastly brain cancer. His son, Tristan Lùmbur, at the age of 18, took over the candy company as its business becomes national.  In 1938, our fourth candy creation was produced The Yehaw’s. In 1944, the rhododendron, our 5th candy was created, in honor of the beautiful rhododendron flower.

Today-

The High Mountain Candy Company is sending their eight luscious candy bars worldwide. Their current owner is James Lúmbur, the great great great grandson of Peter Lúmbur himself. The workers graciously agreed to wear elf outfits to make and package our fine candy (they get paid extra). The High Mountain Candy Company is located in the same exact spot from where it was founded in 1910. We are working on our 102nd Year in Business Extravaganza. The High Mountain Candy Company is very thankful for a buisness with you!
